Leilani Reed-Logan
Leilani is an advocate for lifelong learning and is passionate about bringing common sense to real life situations, in an effort to help individuals become better versions of their authentic selves. She loves to laugh (blames that on her 93 year old Grandmother) and is a constant seeker of experiences that bring her joy.

Professionally recognized as a coach you can trust, Leilani has over 20 years of experience in executive coaching, talent development and human resources management (HR). As a former HR Leader, she has designed and implemented leadership development programs for executives and conducts business with a high level of emotional intelligence and innate authenticity.
Leilani holds a BA in Communications, a MS in Human Resources Management and certifications to include: Professional Coach designation through the International Coaching Federation (PCC); Certified Professional Coach from the University of Miami; Prosci Change Management Practitioner; InsideOut Coaching Facilitator; and a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace certification through the University of South Florida. She has previously held certifications from both HR Certification Institute (HRCI) - Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and Society of Human Resources - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) as well as certifications from the Human Capital Institute (HCI), Korn Ferry and ELI, as a Certified Instructor.

Our Story
Founded in 2018, Full Circle Concepts, LLC was developed to address the lack of professional coaching services available to professional women - particularly women of color. We specialize in coaching high-achieving women seeking to expand their boundaries both personally and professionally. We help clients gain insights, enhance self-awareness and conceptualize goals that allow them to unlock future potential while remaining true to their authentic selves.
Full Circle Concepts provides services to executives, professionals, aspiring leaders, businesses, non-profit organizations and entrepreneurs, through individual and group coaching sessions, speaking engagements, leadership facilitation and training sessions.
